  Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We have been here for about 2 hours when or food finally came out. All ice cold except for the salad which was completely hot and wilted from sitting under the heat lamp. There was no cutlery but we had dirty plates. Server was not attentive at all. Still waiting for our food as I write this....the washrooms are completely covered in toilet paper. To each their own thou.

  I was here 2 weeks ago with my gf and our 3 kids. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have had in 40 years I have been going to restaurants- and I have been to some bad ones! Such a tragedy too....I've been to many Jack's and they have all been outstanding.
  The young guy serving was way over his head. He repeated our order 4 times while at our table & still got it wrong. We ordered nachos with a side of guacamole...and he brings out cold nachos with cold cheese that was melted on it at some point. Then brings this bowl of guacamole- not a side. When we bring it to his attention...he then brings the side as well- guacamole overload. He then brings our meals out at about 5 minute intervals- not great when you have 3 kids- 2 under 4 years old.
  He forgets about my son's steak altogether. After about 10 minutes of looking for him- we finally ask where his steak is...and he's like I'll go check. (I guess he didn't notice he only served 4 of the 5 of us) When he come back another 5 minutes later, he says he forgot to order it!! So another 10 mins go by until he gets a mediocre steak- with the rest of us done eating. The waiter comes back another 10 minutes later asks if he can give us our bill....we said isn't the dessert included in the kids meal. He said oh yeah- what do you want?
  You would think after this....maybe the 30 min steak would be comped- nope!
  We talked to a few other tables in our section which were equally frustrated. So it seems to be a problem at this location. Hopefully Sir Corp hasn't lowered it standards across the board....they certainly did in training this guy!

  We arrived around 9:00-9:30PM Saturday May 20.
  
  The hostess was incredibly helpful wth assisting my blind wife. - Thank you kindly.
  
  Our server was friendly and efficient. Drinks and food served quickly.
  
  Sesame Chicken was fantastic. Chicken fingers hot and tasty.
  
  After a bad experience at another restaurant on the same night, we left Jack Astor's very happy.
