  The food is amazing! Their deep fried calamari is one of the best I've ever had. The sauces they have to accompany the oysters are wonderful. Service is excellent and the food plating is really well done. Great for date night, or the whole family. We will be going back soon...

  Food and atmosphere is great, however our experience from some of the waitresses is hit and miss. One of the waitresses had zero customer service when taking orders, and was adamant in going in specific clockwise order around our group of 8, and letting the others who were ready to order wait, just to make it "easier" for her to remember.
  
  In the end, when they brought out the food they still didn't know who ordered what.
  
  I also didn't understand why our group required two waitresses when one waitress who had good customer service was more than capable of serving our group on her own. At this point in time I am unsure if I would go back, given the hard earned money we spent.

  I'll start by saying, don't go there if your hungry. I ordered a shrimp and lobster melt, and the bun wasn't much more that 4-5 inches long. It tasted good, but even with the crab cake app (which was 2 tiny cakes) I had, I left with a $30 bill, and having to stop at McDs to get a second supper.
  
  My wife did as well, as she ordered a beef dip, and the meat came very rare. Not something I've ever seen in a beef dip, and not edible for her, as we both felt the beef in a thin sliced sandwich should be cooked beyond barely done.
  
  Now we would have sent her sandwich back, but our server was a mess. She obviously was unorganized, as it took her 10 minutes to arrive and take our drink order, then 10 minutes to bring the drinks. At that point, we certainly had looked at the menu and were ready to order, but off she went again, to be found nowhere. Sadly, we were unfamiliar with the area, and didn't have a second choice.
  
  Thankfully, the other servers picked up her slack, as she went by our table, and looked directly at the dishes we were done with, but kept on going.
  
  Well, off to McDs after eating at Jake's. Thankfully we never have to see this place again.

  Menu has not been changed for years. Needs a upgrade. Food is not as good as it has been in the past. Service is excellent. Specials are good. Presentation of food needs help. Prices during happy hour great.
