  This is one of my absolutely favourite Second Cups. It was reno'd not so long ago, and it was done well -- more than I can say for the new Second Cup in Oakville, unfortunately. Staff are friendly. Very interesting selection of baked goods. Love their lattes!

  The Staff is great and I come here all the time, but my drinks weren't made right and when I called to let them know of the mistakes the owner proceeded to not fix it. I couldn't come back the same day to bring the drinks back as the owner requested, he wanted the original drinks to prove they weren't good. We didn't even drink them cause one tasted like sour milk, and the other was an italian soda which was just soda water. I don't blame the employees, I blame the owner who wouldnt' fix the problem cause he is cheap. I will not be going for my morning coffee again here, why waste money on a business who doesn't take pride in good customer service, and does not fix mistakes? Shame on you.
