  Alright, not sure why this place is rated this high.
  But let's keep it at this:
  hospitality 1/10, server has attitude even when she made so many mistakes
  From the start
  Our drinks - wrong drink and no drinks.
  Our food - it was a complete mess, there are no words to describe how bad it was. On top of not getting our plates right away, we got the wrong ones, then corrected and some on the table were left out. Server comes back after 20 min asking "how's everything" well it would be fantastic if half of our table had what they ordered.
  Again attitude kicked in, and rather than apologizing for her mistake, she blamed the table for the mistakes she made to the manager (we over heard )this, followed by coming back to us, saying " Oh sorry it's just so busy "
  Parking lot is half empty check out the picture below.
  
  Anyway and now we are waiting for the bill which she already screwed up and came back to correct =) and chances are she screwed it up again
  
  You know what, it's fine if she screwed up, but at least lose the attitude and live up to your mistakes rather than blaming others behind their back.
  
  Very unpleasant experience.
  
  I hope management takes this review seriously and makes a few adjustments.

  Amazing food!!! The decor is also awesome. However, in the years I've gone to this location, the wait service is an extremely long wait (30 minutes after asking for cheque or after emptying glass). If that is fixed then it would be a full 5 stars. The wait service doesn't prevent me from wanting to eat there...but I don't schedule plans like a movie for afterwards. Hehe

  Busy night. We've been here almost 2 hours and just had appetizers served. Most tables are in the same situation. No one is very happy.
  
  Worst thing is, no one comes to apologize. Waitress just says lots of people ahead of us.
  
  Food finally came. Chicken and pork dry and hard. Shrimp is cool inside. Some of the lamb is extremely raw
