  Long lines in the morning, limited to no parking, but the staff is extremely friendly and the pastries are good if you need something that isn't a doughnut or stale-ish muffin. Great for a treat.

  I'm a vegan who has ordered the white chocolate mocha for months. Making it dairy free with coconut milk and no whip. No one bothered to inform me that the base for the white chocolate mocha is made from condensed milk.

  Only been to this location once on my way to Niagara Falls. The barista did an awesome.job on my hot beverage and made the foam on top with the right consistency.
