  Staff need to be trained in more depth, need to know what the difference between 1,2 or 3 creams is. Had to go back three times just to get my coffee right and to do that the manager finally had to me make it for my husband, to me thats a little ridiculous. This was done on a saturday when regular staff is not on. I have also found that the store is not very handicap orientated. Handicap access is so illogical it boggles the mind, I for one sure would like to know who make up the stores plans. I have no problems hiring students, that being said, if you are gojng to hire them at least train them properly and give them a sense of pride while doing there job.

  Normal Tim Hortons. Can get a little bit busy. Drive through is kind of hard to access compared to most. Overall no complaints

  Worse place ever! The night staff extremely rude the guy not the girl and after tonights experience he should be fired n the girl a medal !!!!! A fight broke oit with kids and the male worker thought it was ok to curse me out when I was picking up my daughter cause she called for help
