  Food was a 7 out of 10. It was very busy so the food was fresh. Took awhile to place an order. The staff could use extra help not enough servers. Last but not least it didn't look clean and the appearance was below the expectations. Food and atmosphere to me are both important.

  I had never been a such a great indian cuisine restaurant ever where i can get very delicious food. All the staff's are friendly and environment is pretty good. Thanks to bombay grill for serving delicious food. Loved it...c u soon again and again

  Great food! I was very impressed with the fast and courteous service. Food was delicious! We even talked about what truck the owner wanted to buy. Super friendly! I enjoy supporting business' with a great attitude! Keep it up Bombay Grill!

  Food is pretty good.
  This was for take out only, but inside the atmosphere was quiet and cozy. There were a reasonable number of customers in attendance for sit down meals. The music was a subtle volume and pleasing to the ear. The aroma inside was pleasantly rich is always great for ones appetite.
  The staff inside were cordial.
  The prices are a bit too high for the volume of take out food and a few items were missed from the order when I got home and opened our bag.
  Despite negative elements, I would still buy from here again.

  Being from India I love Indian food and Bombay grill is one of the very few Indian restaurants in Burlington. However the service is horrible here. No one greets you on arrival, unfriendly staff, the only smile we got was while paying the bill. To be fair I went there thrice and nothing improved.
