  went about 4 p.m. May 13th. Thought it wouldn't be too busy at that time. It wasn't. Order totally screwed up. They didn't know what extra onions meant on burger. (Didn't get them) even after I explained. Not a clean table in the place. I had to clean one myself with a "hand wipe.". Stuff all over the floors. Coffee spilled on a couple of tables, etc. Is the staff not trained? or is there no supervision. Won't be back to this location in our neighborhood.

  (Saturday morning, ~11am)
  Food -ok, nothing that varies from the expectation
  Presentation - poor
  Hash Browns jammed into bottom of bag and broken in half
  Sausage McMuffin - only partially wrapped making it harder to remove from bag without thinking that the food will fall out on the way
  No napkin in to-go bag.
  
  Service - poor
  front of house focus on taking orders, no recognition of backup of unfilled orders, lots of people hanging around without organization waiting for orders. Order taking lineup ok.
  - need to have engaged front of house supervision to monitor flow of orders and food. Need to train staff to watch this also, and (for example) one order taker could step back for a minute and help deliver food to clear those waiting, then step back to take orders. Since the front of house staff are all teenagers, I'd put this one squarely on the management.

  Newly renovated front of house. Order taking completely separate from order delivery area. Totally eliminates confusion about who is standing in line to give their order and who is waiting for their order. Gal delivering actual order calls your number (pretty common and effective method), but it would be a nice touch if the person taking your order mentioned your order number when handing you your slip. It would be a quick way to let newcomers know immediately that they should know their number.
  Kudos to the owner for making this investment.

  Automated order machines are junk, staff calls out different number than machine displays, machines don't print receipt, and staff fills order wrong. WTF?

  Very slow service. Lots of staff de-prioritising their customers so they can chat up their co-workers and non-co-worker buddies from across the counter. Very rude and annoying. This shouldn't be like some high school social club but it feels like it is.

  Worlds most forgetful McDonald's. Providing you double check your order, everything is otherwise splendid. They pretty much always forget something...usually minor stuff like dipping sauces and straws, although today they forgot the chicken nuggets in my daughter's happy meal and mixed up the drinks.
