  Not impressed at all. Was an inconvenience to make my pizza with a different sauce apparently. And I was told not to order it again, as it wouldn't be made if they were busy. I spoke with the manager to confirm what his employee told me he said, and heard every excuse in the book to justify what he told her to tell me. Not how you treat people. If you make a mistake, apologize - don't start listing illogical excuse after excuse. Insult to injury much.

  We had the buffet the other day. Not like when it was in the 90s it was AMAZING! am I aging myself lol. Place nice and clean and friendly staff. Not a big variety of salads and not too many veggie and chicken options.

  One of the last sit down pizza huts around! Its exactly what you expect. Good food, "okay" seating but most importantly its a HOT pie right out the oven. Exactly how (in my opinion) Pizza Hut needs to be eaten! Also does have take out of course.

  The restaurant is located in a dark area of the satalite building of the mall. The best entrance is off Upper Middle Rd. At the Upland Dr. traffic light.
  
  The restaurant looks dingy at night. Cold dark and unappealing.
  
  The pickup window allows you to have a partial view into the kitchen and the staff working in the kitchen. This view does add to the overall appeal of the experience.
  
  The visit we had was in an empty restaurant - at 7pm on a Thursday night - also sketchy.
  
  Clearly this restaurant survives on a huge percentage of the sales occurring through delivery and pick up.
  
  The food was alright but I always find the Pizza Hut pizzas to be greasy. The serving staff was acceptable but nothing to boost the overall rating for.
