  Ordered a beef dip. Had to ask for the au jus multiple times. Sandwich advertised as beef, sauteed mushrooms, bacon and Alfredo sauce. Got a sandwich with one piece of beef, mushrooms - but not sauteed - and no bacon. Friends sandwich also missing the bacon it's advertised as having.

  Good subs, good service. Quiznos has a very unique taste and even though there seems to be fewer of them they are great sandwiches.
  
  This one does not have the coke freestyle machine just as a side note, at least as of this review.

  I work nearby and I come here very often for sandwiches. The food is fresh and good and the staff is always nice. But I have some feedback that I think the owner/manager should be aware of to make the restaurant less frustrating to visit.
  
  1. When I ask for a sandwich that is advertised to have lettuce, tomatoes on it.. I shouldn't be asked if I want lettuce and tomatoes. When I order a big mac, I'm not asked if I want lettuce, or sauce, or the meat, because that's what comes on it.
  
  2. Now I can live with someone confirming if "It comes with lettuce/tomatoes is that ok?" but I am asked once the first time I order, then a second time after they put it into the oven and then a 3rd and sometimes 4th time when it comes out of the oven and by the person at the cash. Enough! You asked once, I answered once, that should be enough if you are paying attention and listening.
  
  3. When I get to the cash, I am asked what sandwich I ordered. Why am I being asked this? You should know what I ordered so you can charge me appropriately.
  
  4. My last gripe is that when at the cash, I'm asked what I want to drink. I mention what I want to drink from the fridge behind the cash and then I'm given my total and asked to pay. 9 out of 10 times after paying, I'm handed my sandwich and then have to *ask* for my drink. Get the drink out of the fridge when I ask and then charge me.
  
  Seriously, fix all of these things and were golden.. 5 out of 5.
