  The food is well portioned and has a variety of bar restaurant offerings for everyone, from burgers and steaks to classics like chicken parm and fish and chips. The staff I friendly and attentive, although the decor could do with an upgrade (I'm looking at you stained glass chandeliers).

  We used to love Kelseys. and would come here for all our family birthdays. Most of the classic dishes are gone. Messy Beef Sandwhich . Wonton Nachos to name a few. Now we rarely come here. But the staff and managers are amazing and listened to our concerns and were sympathetic and understanding. Friendly service.

  Not a fan. I was there on a Sunday with my kids after church. There was not a soul in the restaurant and that should have been my first clue to not eat there. Extremely slow service seeing that we were the only family. The kids meals were way overpriced and the kids couldn't even eat them due to the fact they were too spicy to eat. Why would they make kids food spicy. I won't go back

  I'm usually a big fan of Kelsey's, most locations having great costumer service and food, but my experience at this Kelsey's was the complete opposite.
  
  We were seated very quick but I'd mention that when I arrived, the restaurant was completely dead so there would be no reason for my food/service to take a long time. But I was appalled that the food took so long to come out despite the fact that we only ordered apps and water. The food wasn't up to par, my pitas were burnt.
  
  Anyways, when it came time to pay, there was an issue with one of the payments. One debit card was going to be used to pay for 2 meals, due to the fact that my friend forgot her card. We were told that was not able to happen, our server explained the issue in the worst way possible. She showed no concern, didn't explain the reason and didn't give us any other options for payment. So, we called the manager over and she proceeded with the same "amazing" costumer service. You would think a manager would be better at explaining a situation or offering other options but nope!
  
  I understand if it's a policy within the company, but I would except at least some kindness and an valid explanation.
  
  Anyways, in the end we ended up having to go to an ATM to get some cash, which was an inconvenience due to the fact that we were in a rush.
  
  When we went into pay, no kindness or costumer service was shown, still the same rude attitude.
  
  I don't think I will be coming to this location again.

  I love coming here as I love the sanoma salad with shrimp. The best! I usually have Jane as my waitress and she is awesome. Remembers what you like and how you like it. Knows I am a big drinker (not alcohol) lol......and automatically brings me 2 large glasses right away. Very friendly and makes you feel special.
