  I tend to review a lot of Tim Hortons for the simple fact I drink a lot of coffee. This location used to be very close to my home but I still avoided it in the morning due to it not being a drive thru - location tends to be very busy in the mornings with a line out the door. Great service and food though!

  This may be the best tasting Tim's coffee in Burlington. No matter the time of day, the coffee tastes right and fresh. And that is the only thing I buy at Tim's.

  A bunch of very nice ladies working there but the one making sandwiches really needs to try her hand at something else.
  
  The last 3 visits have been wrong ingredients on sandwich-I didnt complain,
  ...no spoons with soup- I didn't complain,
  ...soup leaking out of bowl- I didnt complain,
  ...yesterday waited 15 minutes for soup and sandwich- I didnt complain
  .... and today was the best and last time.....
  ordered the Italian cold cut sandwich and she forgot the meat!
  
  Asked for and got my money back but wasted half an hour walking to and from the store twice during my 30 minute lunch...my money will go elsewhere....

  Waited 3 min with people walking around no one at a till (I was the last in a a decent line) stood waiting for someone to finally take an order. This isn't the first time I've I had issue with standing I waiting for someone a to take orders. I Order bagel with cream cheese. The young lady who made it and put the cream cheese on then scraped off most of it. (U could see the big chunk on the spreading tool) I politely asked if we could fix it and put a little bit more on for her to roll her eyes. Finally fixed it. I thanked her and took the bagel to find she was lovely enough to smear chream cheese all over the bag for me.

  My go-to place for coffee before work! The employees at this location really know how a double double should taste, unlike some! Highly recommended!
